RETURN POLICY
Returns should be made within 10 days of purchase and be accompanied by your receipt. Returns must be in the original packaging. Defective product will be replaced free of charge, including shipping charges.
SHIPPING
We ship all items direct to your door by UPS.
Shipping rates apply to the United States. We ship to the United States only.
Shipping charges are automatically calculated during the order
process by a UPS plugin on our web site. Shipping costs are based on the total weight of your order and the zip code that your order is shipped to. You will be able to review all charges before your order is complete. You will have the option to choose your shipping method (ground, next day, etc.) when you check out. We do not charge any handling fees for you order.
In most parts of the US,
You can expect to receive your
shipment within 2-4 days.
All items ordered will be shipped within one business day of your order.
Our web site maintains an inventory of our products, and you will not be allowed to order more of any item than we have in stock. We mantain a very high volume inventory.
Most Orders placed by10:00 am will be
shipped on the same day.
Orders placed after 10:00 am will be shipped on the next business day.
Orders placed after 12:00 noon on Fridays will be
shipped on Monday. We do not ship on Saturday.
NOTE:
If your order is shipped on Thursday by 2nd Day Air, It should arrive Monday. UPS
does not deliver 2nd Day Air on Saturday.
